The location was fantastic, close enough to Jeonju Hanok Village without being in it and close to Nambu market. Our room was spacious and clean. While there was no lift, it was not an issue for us to carry our luggage up. The staff were friendly and in particular, one staff went out of her way to help us with a query/request that we had which required local knowledge which we so appreciated!

Location was superb, close to the Hanok village, multiple bus stops and close to the Nambu Market. Also the most comfortable beds we’ve had since arriving in Korea (softer than other hotels). There is a large kitchen where guests can use the facilities.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The property is in a quiet location but perfect to approach attractions. A great stay and wonderful experience :)
